Provo MTC!

What a change. After just a week of online Missionary Training at the "Sweeney MTC" , Conner and I said goodbye to our family. I'm gonna miss my mom so much. She was an absolute machine in scheduling all of our various things, shopping, and working out our travel the best we could. I love you mom and will be sure to take pictures. Dad is the ultimate example of leadership and service. I'm not out here to waste precious time with those who seek to disprove and persecute me. I'm here to act as a servant of the lord for the afflicted. That was the character of Christ, and that was the character I saw in my dad as well. I'm gonna miss you dad. Love you. Brothers and Sisters, be good to mom and dad. They are the defining influence in my life. We are blessed to have them as parents. I love all of you guys, and will be looking for cool things to share with y'all while I am out.

The home MTC wasn't too eventful since last week and it's over now anyway. That was good preparation for now though. The REAL DEAL. Yesterday Conner and I took the flight to Salt Lake City Utah. A tiny miracle I remember is that when we went to get the tickets, Conner's had been reserved, but not paid for. We were able to call the travel office and they got it taken care of instantly. (It was just us, no mom, no dad...) I guess they felt bad, so they upgraded our class and sat us next to each other. That was really good as the emotions were fresh.

Conner's Companion's mother gave us a ride from the airport to Provo Utah and dropped us off the MTC. She also had just dropped off her final child for 2 years of service.

The actual campus of this place is beautiful. The air is cool and the mountains are just wonderful. Oklahoma really needs mountains Haha. The food here is 5 star in my opinion. (Mango, hand breaded Tilapia or tiki masala?! Sounds nice to me) Most importantly, the Lord's spirit is here. Everyone dresses up to look their best all the time. My fellow disciples here are just f-i-n-e

This is a fantastic experience. I am going to learn at an accelerated rate with 6 hours of classes daily, mock teaching assignments, and hours of devotionals and church. I'm so ready. Yesterday was my "day off" but I got to visit the Provo Temple. It was so peaceful and a true to experience the Lord's house once more.

The living conditions are pretty nice too. The capacity here is at like 20%, so there is plenty of space. Just me and my companion share a room, and the bathroom situation is good. Too bad we are on the 4th floor. When I'm not in a class or in my residence, there is a huge gym and outdoor park to play sports at. I'm gonna hopefully get pretty good at Volleyball.

The England Visas are coming along and word is they will be here in a few days. I gotta do a bunch of tests and quarantine upon arrival though :/.

Miss you guys so much. Enjoy the Pictures. Here's my address in case you wanna send something:
