Hiya everyone!     We were able to meet several of our friends with us this week. We also were blessed to have found 4 new friends.      One guy named Germanas reached out to me because he is a righteous man that wants to be closer to God. He met with us and we gave him a Bible. All his friends are Roadmen (The equivalent of a Gangster in the US basically) but this guy has a deep respect for God. He is trying to come to church and we are gonna begin teaching him. The guy is only 15!?     We got round to the rest of our area all the way to the England border as well to see the members and people out that way.     Also, can we just take a moment to appreciate the weather? The sky has been blue and sunny but it is below freezing. Hiya guys!     We have been teaching a young girl who wants to get baptized and their family has been having some really awful problems. We decided to help serve them and clean up their house.      Ok, but they have a wild 5 year old who gets upset very easily. He is an angel until he decides not to be. As I was cleaning when he got upset about something he grunts and says "I'm gonna make a mess." Then he proceeds to throw anything nearby on the floor and at me. At one point he wanted to mop before we had finished our sweeping, so he got upset and dumped the whole mop bucket. Ahhhh!!!Patience is a virtue my friends.     The rest of the week was a slow down. It seems that almost everyone has Covid thus church services are small and kinda wonky with only 1 person on stand, just Elder Morriss I officiating the sacrament and 15 or so members in the congregation. And then a TV with nearly twice that joining virtually for various reasons apart from Covid. 3 ...

Happy New year everyone! I sure am looking forward to 2022 and I hope you are as well.      I woke up at midnight, and with bleary eyes watched some of the fireworks being shot off round me and then drank an A&W root beer and oh boy did it bring back memories. Memories of hiking at Sulphur. Memories of the family reunion in Missouri. Memories of camping trips by the Blue river. All good memories involve my beloved root beer. That root beer was amazing. I got it for Christmas from a member.  Then I went back to bed 10 minutes later, haha.     This email will be short.      Not a whole lot happened this week worth including in an email. New Years really got in the way of everything to be honest. The days before were bad because everyone was off work and doing their own thing, New Years Eve everyone was preparing to go crazy, and then the day after the world was just depressed and hungover.     A few of our friends have been flaky ...
